Shrimp salad with avocado

Easy, fast and rich in healthy fats and proteins. You will make this often for a quick and healthy lunch.

What do you need?

For a person:

  • 150 grams cooked shrimp, peeled and cleaned

  • 1/2 avocado, cut into cubes

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Lemon juice from half a lemon

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: fresh herbs such as parsley or coriander, finely chopped


  1. Make sure the shrimp are well rinsed and patted dry.

  2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and spoon the flesh out of the peel. Cut the avocado into cubes.

  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, avocado cubes. Drizzle the salad with the olive oil and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Mix everything together gently to coat the ingredients well with the dressing, without crushing the avocado cubes.
