Green juice

A delicious snack, low in calories and therefore perfect for a diet.

What do you need?

For two persons:
  • 1 pear

  • 2 stalks of celery

  • ½ cucumber, peeled

  • 2 handfuls of fresh spinach leaves

  • fresh mint leaves

  • piece of ginger root, peeled

  • also needed: blender

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender. If necessary, mix the juice with some water to the desired thickness.
