Green smoothie bowl

A smoothie bowl, but without all the carbs. If you want a thicker smoothie, add more avocado or an extra handful of spinach. For a thinner smoothie, add a little more coconut milk.

What do you need?

For one person:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • A handful of spinach
  • 200 ml coconut milk (note: check the back of the packaging to see if any sugar has been added)
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • 30 g Killerbody Protein Shake

Preparation

  1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and drain. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
  2. Add the avocado, spinach, coconut milk, hemp seeds, MCT oil and the Killerbody Protein Shake to a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until all ingredients are well combined and have a smooth, creamy consistency. This may take about 1 to 2 minutes, depending on your blender.
