A smoothie bowl, but without all the carbs. If you want a thicker smoothie, add more avocado or an extra handful of spinach. For a thinner smoothie, add a little more coconut milk.
What do you need?
For one person:
- 1/2 avocado
- A handful of spinach
- 200 ml coconut milk (note: check the back of the packaging to see if any sugar has been added)
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp MCT oil
- 30 g Killerbody Protein Shake
Preparation
- Wash the spinach thoroughly and drain. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
- Add the avocado, spinach, coconut milk, hemp seeds, MCT oil and the Killerbody Protein Shake to a blender.
- Blend on high speed until all ingredients are well combined and have a smooth, creamy consistency. This may take about 1 to 2 minutes, depending on your blender.
