Vegetable smoothie

Green, but very tasty! This easy smoothie is easy to make and can be taken anywhere.

What do you need?

For two persons:
  • 200 g spinach, washed

  • 2 stalks celery, chopped

  • 100 g chopped kale

  • ½ avocado

  • 2 bananas

  • 1 piece of fresh ginger of 2 cm, peeled

  • ¼ tsp ground turmeric or a piece of fresh turmeric

  • 5 ice cubes

  • 300 ml (sugar-free) almond milk

  • Also needed: blender or hand blender


  1. Place the spinach, celery, kale, avocado and banana in the blender.

  2. Cut the ginger into thin slices and put them in the blender.

  3. Add the turmeric, ice cubes and almond milk and blend into a smooth ice-cold smoothie.
