A good hamburger from time to time is not a bad thing. This variant, made with lean minced meat, is great if you are on a diet. Just as tasty as normal and full of protein.
What do you need?
For four people:-
500 g lean minced beef

1 clove of garlic

1 onion

egg yolk from 1 egg

1 tbsp ketjap
-
1 tsp mustard
- salt, pepper and herbs to taste
- Optional: bread, tomato, extra onion and pickle
Preparation

Place the minced meat in a bowl and add all the ingredients (excl. the optional ingredients).

Form 4 balls of 125 grams each. Flatten these balls to form hamburgers.

Fry the burgers; both sides about 3-4 minutes.

Try using lettuce leaves instead of buns to put your hamburger on.

Top with tomato, extra onion and/or pickle as desired.
