This protein-rich tuna salad is delicious for lunch or a light dinner. Combined with fresh leafy vegetables, also ideal for warm summer days or evenings. Enjoy!
What do you need?
For a person:

1 can of tuna in water (about 150 g, drained)

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 stalk celery, finely chopped

1 tbsp red onion, finely chopped (optional)

1 tsp mustard (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste
For the mixed leafy greens:

100 g mixed leafy vegetables (such as spinach, arugula, and lettuce)

1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Open the can of tuna, drain the water and place the tuna in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise to the bowl and mix well.

Add the chopped celery and red onion (if using) to the bowl and mix well. Add mustard if you like. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place the mixed leafy vegetables in a large bowl. Sprinkle the vegetables with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and mix everything well
