Chicken alfredo with zucchini noodles

A keto twist on a favorite of many. This chicken alfredo with zucchini noodles is perfect for your keto diet.

What do you need?

For a person:

  • 150 g chicken fillet, cut into pieces

  • 1 zucchini, cut into spirals (zucchini)

  • 125 ml cream

  • 75 g grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and fry the chicken until done. Remove from the pan and set aside.

  2. Add the remaining butter to the pan and fry the garlic briefly.

  3. Add the cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens.

  4. Add the zucchini noodles and fry for another 2 to 3 minutes.

  5. Add the chicken back to the pan, mix everything well and season with salt and pepper.
