Chicken Salad

A filling salad that is easy to put together and is also full of proteins. Delicious for after exercise or as a light lunch.

What do you need?

For two persons:
  • 200 g lamb's lettuce

  • 1 avocado

  • 2 cherry tomatoes

  • 250 g chicken fillet

  • 100 g mushrooms

  • Salt, pepper and herbs to taste


  1. Divide the lamb's lettuce over two plates.

  2. Cut the avocado and tomato into pieces and divide over the lettuce.

  3. Cut the chicken into pieces and fry briefly. Then add the mushrooms to the pan and fry until done.

  4. Place the fried chicken and mushrooms on the salad.

  5. Add salt, pepper and herbs to taste.
