A protein-rich oat cake. Delicious as a snack or as a topping for your cottage cheese.
What do you need?
For four cookies:
- 10 g coconut oil
- 3 egg whites (or 90 g liquid egg whites)
- 50 g oatmeal
- 30 g dried cranberries
- 20 g pumpkin seeds
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 60g Killerbody Protein Shake
- 6 tbsp almond milk
- pinch of salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Mix all ingredients together well.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the oatmeal mixture over it.
- Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow to cool slightly and break the oatcake into 4 pieces.
