A protein-rich oat cake. Delicious as a snack or as a topping for your cottage cheese.

What do you need?

For four cookies:

  • 10 g coconut oil
  • 3 egg whites (or 90 g liquid egg whites)
  • 50 g oatmeal
  • 30 g dried cranberries
  • 20 g pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 60g Killerbody Protein Shake
  • 6 tbsp almond milk
  • pinch of salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  2. Mix all ingredients together well.
  3. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the oatmeal mixture over it.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow to cool slightly and break the oatcake into 4 pieces.
