What you'll need
For two people:

400 ml almond milk or other plant-based milk of your choice
- 60 g oats
- 1 apple
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 30 g raisins

In a saucepan over medium-high heat, bring the milk to a boil and gradually stir in the oats.

Reduce the heat and let it simmer until you achieve a thick consistency. Stir regularly to prevent sticking. Add extra milk if the porridge becomes too thick.
