Omelette with feta and spinach

A delicious omelet that gives you energy all morning. Packed with protein and completely vegetarian.

What do you need?

For two people:

  • 2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites

  • 50 ml almond milk

  • Smoked paprika powder (to taste)

  • 1 knob of butter, for cooking

  • 100 g spinach

  • 1 tomato, sliced

  • 100 g feta cheese (10% fat)

  • 40 g unflavored protein powder

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the butter, spinach, tomato, and feta into a smooth batter.

  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat and pour half of the batter into the pan.

  3. Cook an omelet with the batter and keep it warm while you cook the second one.

  4. Top the omelets with spinach and tomato, finally garnishing them with crumbled feta pieces.
