Omelette wrap with smoked salmon

For true food lovers who want to start their morning right. High in protein and very tasty.

What do you need?

For two people:

  • 5 eggs

  • dash of plant-based milk of your choice

  • 1 knob of butter

  • 50 g cottage cheese

  • 75 g smoked salmon

  • pepper, salt, and herbs to taste


  1. Whisk the eggs with a dash of plant-based milk and pepper and salt.

  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan, pour half of the egg mixture and make a thin omelet.

  3. Slide it onto a plate, if necessary, add some more butter to the pan and make a second omelet.

  4. Let the omelets cool briefly and top them with cottage cheese and smoked salmon.

  5. Roll them up and cut into pieces.
