What do you need?
For two people:

5 eggs

dash of plant-based milk of your choice

1 knob of butter

50 g cottage cheese

75 g smoked salmon
- pepper, salt, and herbs to taste
Preparation

Whisk the eggs with a dash of plant-based milk and pepper and salt.

Heat the butter in a frying pan, pour half of the egg mixture and make a thin omelet.

Slide it onto a plate, if necessary, add some more butter to the pan and make a second omelet.

Let the omelets cool briefly and top them with cottage cheese and smoked salmon.

Roll them up and cut into pieces.
