On days when you're in a rush, you want to make something quick and maybe even take it with you on the go. This delicious breakfast smoothie will give you everything you need and you'll be on the go in no time.

What do you need?

For one person:
  • ½ frozen banana

  • 50 g frozen spinach

  • 20 g oatmeal

  • 250 ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 40 g Killerbody Protein Shake

  • pinch of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
