What do you need?
For two persons:- 75 g whole wheat penne (uncooked weight)
- ½ red onion
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g canned tuna (in water)
- 1 tbsp capers
- chives, to taste, finely chopped
- 2 boiled eggs, sliced
- 10 g pitted black olives
- 80 g cottage cheese
- salt, pepper and herbs to taste
Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Let drain and cool.
- Cut the onion and cherry tomatoes into pieces and mix them with the rest of the ingredients into the pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
