Pastasalad with tuna

This meal has it all: good carbs, lean protein, and healthy fats. Most importantly: the taste is great. Enjoy it!

What do you need?

For two persons:
  • 75 g whole wheat penne (uncooked weight)
  • ½ red onion
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g canned tuna (in water)
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • chives, to taste, finely chopped
  • 2 boiled eggs, sliced
  • 10 g pitted black olives
  • 80 g cottage cheese
  • salt, pepper and herbs to taste


  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Let drain and cool.
  2. Cut the onion and cherry tomatoes into pieces and mix them with the rest of the ingredients into the pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
