Pokébowl with salmon and mango

Fresh fish and vegetables are central to this dish. In a pokébowl you mix your favorite fresh fish with different types of raw vegetables, seaweed, legumes and vegetables, which you serve together with steamed rice.

What do you need?

For two persons:
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • 150 g fresh salmon
  • 100g rice
  • rice vinegar
  • 50 g edamame beans
  • 50g mango
  • 50 g radish
  • 50 g carrot
  • 1 spring onion
  • optional: sesame seeds or fresh coriander

Preparation

  1. Make a dressing from soy sauce, sesame oil and lime juice.
  2. Cut the fish into cubes and marinate in the dressing for 20 minutes.
  3. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package and season the rice with rice vinegar.
  4. Cut the rest of the ingredients into strips or pieces and prepare the poke bowl.
  5. Garnish the pokébowl of your choice with sesame seeds or fresh coriander.
