What do you need to prepare this poke bowl?
For two persons:- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 150 g fresh salmon
- 100 g rice
- rice vinegar
- 50 g edamame beans
- 50 g mango
- 50 g radish
- 50 g carrot
- 1 spring onion
- optional: sesame seeds or fresh coriander
Preparing the poke bowl with salmon and mango
- Make a dressing of soy sauce, sesame oil and lime juice.
- Cut the fish into cubes and marinate them in the dressing for 20 minutes.
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package and season the rice with rice vinegar.
- Cut the rest of the ingredients into strips or pieces and assemble the poké bowl.
- Garnish the poke bowl with sesame seeds or fresh coriander if desired.
