These protein chocolate cups are made of chocolate and have a creamy banana and peanut butter filling. If you ask us, they're the perfect snack.
What do you need?
For four cups:- 115 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa solids)
- pinch of coarse sea salt
Filling:
- 50 g Killerbody Protein Shake
- 1 banana, mashed
- 25 g peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- also needed: four silicone muffin cups
Preparation

Melt half of the chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave and add a pinch of sea salt.

Pour a layer of melted chocolate into four silicone muffin cups. Make sure the bottom and sides are completely covered with chocolate. Place the cups in the freezer for about 10 minutes.

Set aside the remaining chocolate. For the filling, mix together all the other ingredients.

Remove the muffin cups from the freezer and fill them with the banana protein filling.

Re-melt the remaining chocolate and pour it over the filling.

Place the chocolate cups in the freezer for another 45 minutes.
