Protein chocolate cup with banana and peanut butter

These protein chocolate cups are made of chocolate and have a smooth banana and peanut butter filling. If you ask us, this is the perfect snack.

What do you need?

For six cups:
  • 115 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa solids)
  • pinch of coarse sea salt

Filling:

  • 50g Killerbody Protein Shake
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 25 g peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • also needed: four silicone muffin cups

Preparation

  1. Melt half the chocolate aubain-marie or in the microwave and add a little sea salt.

  2. Pour a layer of melted chocolate into four silicone muffin tins. Make sure the bottom and sides are completely covered with chocolate. Place the molds in the freezer for about 10 minutes.

  3. Set aside the remaining chocolate. Mix all other ingredients together for the filling.

  4. Remove the muffin tins from the freezer and fill them with the banana protein filling.

  5. Melt the remaining chocolate again and pour it over the filling.

  6. Place the chocolate cups in the freezer for about 45 minutes.
