Rice noodles with Thai beef strips

You must try this recipe. Make the sauce, diamond tenderloin and rice noodles for a true taste sensation! Do you like spicy? Then add some extra pepper.

What do you need?

For two persons:
  • 100 g rice noodles
  • 250 g diamond fillet
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Thai fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketjap
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • fresh coriander


  1. Boil the rice noodles very briefly (about 1-2 minutes) and then rinse them in cold water.
  2. Cut the diamond fillet into nice thin strips. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the steak strips very briefly. Deglaze with a dash of fish sauce and add the chili sauce and soy sauce.
  3. Roast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until light brown and shake them out of the pan.
  4. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and finely chop the flesh (be careful with your eyes). Finely chop the coriander. Finally, add chili pepper and coriander to the steak, together with the noodles and sesame seeds.
  5. Add vegetables if necessary to taste and need.
