This is perfect for lovers of a savory breakfast. Low in calories, packed with protein and very easy to make. You can enjoy this wonderfully.

What do you need?

For two persons:
  • 100 g raw vegetables of your choice (carrot, pepper, cucumber, etc.)

  • 4 slices of smoked meat

  • 100 g cottage cheese

  • salt, pepper and herbs to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut the raw vegetables into thin strips.

  2. Spread the slices of smoked meat with the cottage cheese and top them with the raw vegetables.

  3. Season with salt, pepper and herbs if necessary.
