What do you need?
For two persons:
- 1 boiled egg
- ½ cucumber
- 50 g cherry tomatoes
- ½ red onion
- 150 g lamb's lettuce
- 200 g smoked salmon, in strips
- 100 g Dutch shrimps
Dressing:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tsp dill
Preparation
- Cut the egg, cucumber, tomato and onion into pieces.
- Divide the lamb's lettuce over two plates and arrange the salmon and other ingredients on top.
- Make a dressing from the olive oil, lemon juice and dill and add it to the salad. Season it with salt and pepper
Tip: You can take this salad with you to work. Always take chilled meats and fish with you.
