Salad with smoked salmon, shrimp and egg

What do you need?

For two persons:

  • 1 boiled egg
  • ½ cucumber
  • 50 g cherry tomatoes
  • ½ red onion
  • 150 g lamb's lettuce
  • 200 g smoked salmon, in strips
  • 100 g Dutch shrimps


  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp dill


  1. Cut the egg, cucumber, tomato and onion into pieces.
  2. Divide the lamb's lettuce over two plates and arrange the salmon and other ingredients on top.
  3. Make a dressing from the olive oil, lemon juice and dill and add it to the salad. Season it with salt and pepper

Tip: You can take this salad with you to work. Always take chilled meats and fish with you.
