Salad with smoked salmon, shrimp and egg

What do you need to prepare the salad?

For two persons:

  • 1 boiled egg
  • ½ cucumber
  • 50 g cherry tomatoes
  • ½ red onion
  • 150 g lamb's lettuce
  • 200 g smoked salmon, in strips
  • 100 g Dutch shrimps

Dressing:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp dill

Prepare the salad in just a few steps

  1. Cut the egg, cucumber, tomato and onion into pieces.
  2. Divide the lamb's lettuce between two plates and arrange the salmon and other ingredients on top.
  3. Make a dressing with the olive oil, lemon juice, and dill and add it to the salad. Season with salt and pepper.

Tip : This salad is great to take to work. Always bring cold cuts of meat and fish.
