Salad with fresh tuna

What do you need?

For two persons:

  • 200 g baby potatoes
  • 150 g green beans
  • 1 red onion
  • 50 g radishes
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 100 g mixed lettuce
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 200 g fresh tuna
  • 40 g pitted black olives
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Boil the potatoes until done, drain them and let them cool.
  2. Boil the haricots verts briefly and then drain them.
  3. Cut the onion into thin rings and the radishes and eggs into slices.
  4. Divide the lettuce over two plates.
  5. Make a dressing from the lemon juice, olive oil and mustard in a bowl. Spread the dressing over the lettuce.
  6. Cut the tuna in half. Heat a grill pan and briefly fry the tuna pieces in the pan. Let the tuna cool until you can handle it, then cut the fish into slices and place them on the lettuce.
  7. Add all other ingredients and season the salad with salt and pepper.
