What do you need?
For two persons:
- 10 g butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 300 g broccoli in florets
- 200 g zucchini
- 200 g salmon fillet, cut into pieces
- 2 eggs
- 5 g dill finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the broccoli and fry for 5 minutes on low heat. Cut slices of the zucchini with a cheese slicer and fry briefly.
- Divide the broccoli mixture and the salmon over the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Beat the eggs with the dill, salt and pepper and pour this over the salmon and broccoli mixture.
- Place the oven dish in the oven and bake the dish for 40 minutes.
