A morning starts wonderfully with scrambled eggs and smoked chicken. Packed with proteins for an energetic morning, so you can power through the day!
What do you need?
For two persons:
dash of almond milk
1 tbsp butter
150g smoked chicken, sliced or diced
- pepper, salt, and herbs to taste
Whisk the eggs with a dash of almond milk and season with pepper and salt.
Heat the butter in a frying pan and pour the egg mixture into the pan. Gently stir with a spatula until the egg is cooked but still creamy.
Cut the tomato into pieces and add it, along with the smoked chicken, towards the end of the cooking time.
