Scrambled eggs with smoked chicken

A morning starts wonderfully with scrambled eggs and smoked chicken. Packed with proteins for an energetic morning, so you can power through the day!

What do you need?

For two persons:

  • 4 eggs

  • dash of almond milk

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 tomato

  • 150g smoked chicken, sliced or diced

  • pepper, salt, and herbs to taste

Preparation

  1. Whisk the eggs with a dash of almond milk and season with pepper and salt.

  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan and pour the egg mixture into the pan. Gently stir with a spatula until the egg is cooked but still creamy.

  3. Cut the tomato into pieces and add it, along with the smoked chicken, towards the end of the cooking time.
