Seasoning

Add this delicious seasoning to anything. This is common in Killerbody diet plans. Make sure you have this at home as standard.

What do you need?

For two persons:
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 red onion, finely chopped

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 4 vine tomatoes

  • salt, pepper and herbs to taste

Preparation

  1. Heat the coconut oil in a saucepan. Fry the onion and garlic for 5 minutes without coloring.

  2. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and add to the pan. Stir together, pour 100 milliliters of water and let the seasoning simmer gently for 15 minutes.

  3. Season with salt, pepper and herbs.
