Spicy pasta penne with smoked trout

What do you need?

  • 100 g whole wheat penne
  • 1 leek
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 red chili pepper

  • 150 g smoked trout
  • pumpkin seeds, for garnish


  1. Cook the penne according to the instructions;
  2. Sauté the leek with garlic, red chili pepper, and tomato;
  3. Add the crème fraîche and heat the mixture while stirring;
  4. Pour the sauce over the penne and garnish with the smoked trout;
  5. Finally, sprinkle some pumpkin seeds over the dish.
