What do you need?
For two persons:
- 100 g brown rice
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 red pepper
- oil
- 1 tsp piri-piri herbs
- 200 g shrimps
- 2 tsp curry powder
- handful of spinach leaves
- handful of bean sprouts
Preparation
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
- Finely chop the onion and garlic and cut the pepper into thin strips.
- Heat the oil in a wok and briefly stir-fry the onion and garlic together with the herbs.
- Add the pepper strips and shrimp and stir-fry briefly.
- Add the cooked rice, curry, bean sprouts and spinach and stir-fry until the spinach has shrunk.
