What do you need?
For two persons:
- 6 rice sheets
- 120 g cooked Norwegian shrimps
- 40 g yellow and green pepper, cut into strips
- 40 g green beans, cooked
- 40 g zucchini, in strips
Preparation
- Wet a rice sheet (do this very briefly, otherwise it will be too soft).
- Then divide one sixth of the shrimp and vegetables over the rice sheet and slide everything to the bottom half. Roll the sheet up one turn to enclose the filling. Now fold the sides inwards and then continue rolling up the sheet. Repeat until you have 6 rice wrapper spring rolls.
