Stuffed rice sheets with tofu

Delicious thin rice sheets filled with tofu. This recipe is full of flavor and also deliciously nutritious!

What do you need?

For two persons:

  • 6 rice sheets

  • 120 g tofu, cubed and briefly fried

  • 40 g green beans, cooked

  • 3 handfuls of red lettuce

  • 40 g yellow zucchini, cut into strips

  • 40 g carrot, in strips

Preparation

  1. Wet a rice sheet (do this very briefly, otherwise it will be too soft).

  2. Then divide one sixth of the tofu and vegetables over the rice sheet and slide everything to the bottom half.

  3. Roll the sheet up one turn to enclose the filling. Now fold the sides in and continue rolling up the sheet.

  4. Repeat until you have 6 rice wrapper spring rolls.
