Tacos with minced meat

Tasty and easy in perfect balance. These ground beef tacos are loved by the whole family, but at the same time help you get enough protein.

What do you need?

For two persons:
  • 4 taco shells
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 pepper
  • oil
  • 200 g lean ground beef or 200 g vegetable minced meat
  • 75 g corn kernels
  • 3 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
  • 1 tsp garlic pepper
  • 40 g grated cheese

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  2. Prepare the taco shells according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Finely chop the onion and garlic and cut the pepper into pieces.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat until done.
  5. Now add the onion, pepper, garlic and corn and fry for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add the tomato puree and herbs and mix everything well.
  7. Place the tacos upright in an oven dish and fill them with the minced meat mixture.
  8. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the filled taco shells and place them in the preheated oven for about another 10 minutes.
