Delicious and easy, perfectly balanced. These ground beef tacos are a family favorite, while also providing plenty of protein.
What do you need?
For two persons:
- 4 taco shells
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 bell pepper
- oil
- 200 g lean ground beef or 200 g vegetable ground beef
- 75 g corn kernels
- 3 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
- 1 tsp garlic pepper
- 40 g grated cheese
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Prepare the taco shells according to the directions on the package.
- Finely chop the onion and garlic and cut the pepper into pieces.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat until done.
- Now add the onion, pepper, garlic and corn and fry for about 5 minutes.
- Add the tomato puree and herbs and mix everything well.
- Place the tacos upright in an oven dish and fill them with the ground meat mixture.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese over the filled taco shells and place them in the preheated oven for about another 10 minutes.
