tuna salad

This salad is easy to make and is full of proteins. You can put this deliciously light meal on the table with just a few ingredients.

What do you need?

For two persons:
  • a handful of cherry tomatoes

  • a handful of radishes

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • 150 g lettuce of your choice

  • 100 g cooked green beans

  • 10-15 black olives

  • 1 can of tuna

  • salt, pepper and herbs to taste


  1. Cut the tomato, radish and cucumber into small pieces and mix them with the lettuce.

  2. Garnish with the beans and olives.

  3. Add the tuna and season with salt, pepper and herbs as desired.
