A delicious vanilla muffin as a snack. Easy to make and convenient to take with you.
What do you need?
For six muffins:- 3 egg whites (or 90 g liquid egg whites)
- 1 egg
- 30 g oatmeal
- 30g Killerbody Protein Shake
- 3 tbsp low-fat cottage cheese
- also needed: muffin tin
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter.

Pour the batter into the (silicone) muffin tins.

Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
