Delicious balls with the taste of vanilla. Nice and sweet because of the dates and great for after exercise.
What do you need?
For approximately 19 balls:-
200 g medjool dates, pitted

50 g raisins

50 g peeled pistachios

50 g pumpkin seeds

150 g almonds
-
50 g melted coconut oil
-
1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
-
1 tsp vanilla powder

a pinch of salt
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix until you have a smooth, doughy mass.

Make balls of 2 to 3 centimeters. You can eat them immediately or let them set for a while (one to two hours) in the refrigerator.
