What do you need?
For four people:- 225 g broccoli (½ head)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cream of tartar baking powder
- 35 g oatmeal
- 60 g feta (10% fat)
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt, pepper and herbs to taste
- 35 g walnuts
- also needed: food processor
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Mix all ingredients except the walnuts in the food processor into a coarse mass. Finally, briefly stir the walnuts so that they remain coarsely chopped.
- Use your hands to form 4 patties from the broccoli mixture and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the burgers in the oven for 20 minutes, turning them halfway through.
