Vega salad

This filling salad comes together in no time and is the perfect meal if you don't want to eat heavy food, but still want to feel satisfied.

What do you need?

For two persons:
  • 200 g mixed lettuce, of your choice

  • 2 boiled eggs

  • 100 g corn

  • 100 g chickpeas (can)

  • 1 pepper

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 handful of walnuts

Preparation

  1. Divide the lamb's lettuce over two plates.

  2. Divide the rest of the ingredients over the salad.
