What do you need?

For two persons:

  • 2 whole wheat wraps
  • 4 tbsp hummus
  • 150 g chicken fillet (sandwich filling)
  • lettuce of your choice
  • 1 tomato, sliced


  1. Prepare the tortillas according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Top the wraps with the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
