This delicious white bean cake is just as good as a normal cake. Surprisingly high in proteins, low in calories and therefore perfect for any diet.
What do you need?
For one cake (approx. 10 slices):

125 g white beans (can)

100 ml egg white

100 ml unsweetened coconut milk

20 g coconut chips

1 tbsp vanilla extract
-
10 g baking powder
-
also needed: blender or food processor and silicone cake mold
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour it into a silicone cake mold.

Place the baking tin in the oven for 20 minutes until the cake is done.

Let it cool on a rack and then turn the cake out of the mold and onto a flat dish.
