Witte bonencake met vanille

White bean cake with vanilla

This delicious white bean cake is just as good as a normal cake. Surprisingly high in proteins, low in calories and therefore perfect for any diet.

What do you need?

For one cake (approx. 10 slices):

  • 125 g white beans (can)

  • 100 ml egg white

  • 100 ml unsweetened coconut milk

  • 20 g coconut chips

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 10 g baking powder

  • 30g Killerbody Protein Shake

  • also needed: blender or food processor and silicone cake mold


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour it into a silicone cake mold.

  3. Place the baking tin in the oven for 20 minutes until the cake is done.

  4. Let it cool on a rack and then turn the cake out of the mold and onto a flat dish.
