The Killerbody Protein Pancakes is a high-protein pancake mix that fits well within any diet. The Killerbody Protein Pancakes are high in protein and therefore great for breakfast or snacks, as well as after exercise. Proteins contribute to the growth of muscle mass and support fast muscle recovery after training/sport (performance).
Usage and dosage
Follow five steps to prepare one serving of the Killerbody Protein Pancakes:
- Mix 75 grams of pancake mix, 175 ml plantbased or skim milk and 1 medium egg (50 grams) in a bowl with a whisk
- Let the pancake mix rest for two minutes
- Meanwhile, heat a knob of (vegetable) butter in a skillet over medium-high heat
- Pour half of the pancake mix into the pan and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until golden brown
- Repeat step 4 with remaining half of pancake mix
Per serving: 2 pancakes. Per package: 3 servings.
