What do you need?

For one person:

Preparation

  1. Remove the yolks from two eggs.
  2. Mix the egg white together with the whole egg in a bowl.
  3. Add the oats, half a banana and the Meal Shake.
  4. Mix everything well and fry in the coconut oil like a pancake.
