What do you need?
For a person:

3 eggs

30 g oatmeal

1/2 banana
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Preparation
- Remove the yolk from two eggs.
- Mix the egg white together with the whole egg in a bowl.
- Add the oatmeal, half a banana and the Meal Shake.
- Mix everything well and fry in the coconut oil like a pancake.
