Vegetable tarts

These lovely cakes are a joy to make, but an even greater joy to eat. With these delicious ingredients you can make them again in no time!

What do you need?

For two persons:

  • 6 slices of puff pastry, thawed

  • 1 broccoli, in florets

  • 1 red pepper, diced

  • 1 zucchini, cut into cubes of 1 by 1 cm

  • s maker

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 3 eggs, beaten

  • 20 g white cheese (light)

  • Additional requirements: greased quiche tin 24 cm ø


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line the quiche tin with puff pastry.

  2. Bring a large pan of water with salt to the boil. Boil the broccoli, pepper and zucchini for 2 minutes. Drain on a colander and let it drain well.

  3. Mix the vegetables with the onion, seasoning and beaten eggs in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Divide the vegetables evenly over the bottom of the tin. Crumble the white cheese lightly above it.

  5. Place the cake in the middle of the oven and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown and done.
